We make our chocolate truffles without any additives, preservative or stabilisers and the main base of them is coconut oil, therefore they are quite heat sensitive.
We’d also recommend storing our ambient truffles in the fridge during the warmer summer months. Otherwise, keeping our ambient truffles in a cool, dark place will ensure their high-quality is maintained.
